November 11th: Christmas Blessings Craft Fair and Bake Sale to be held Saturday, November 11th. This event will be held at 607 Maine St., Brewer, Maine and hosted by Second Congregational Church of Brewer. The craft fair and bake sale will include handmade goods, candy, a Thanksgiving basket raffle, and American Girl Doll, and Attic Treasures. November 15th - 18th: Public focus groups for hotspot users hosted by The University of Texas along with partner researchers from Simmons College and Oklahoma State University. The hosts will be visiting Downeast Maine on a Laura Bush Federal Institute of Museum and Library Sciences grant regarding internet connectivity in Downeast Maine. November 30th - December 2nd: Journey to Bethlehem, a re-enactment of the true story and meaning of Christmas will take place Thursday, November 30th, 6-8 p.m., Friday, December 1st, 6-8 p.m., and Saturday, December 2nd, 5-8 p.m. at Palermo Christian Church, 322 Branch Mills Road, Palermo, Maine. December 2nd: 2017 Help Thy Neighbor Christmas Bazaar to be held Saturday, December 2nd, from 9 AM - 3 PM. The bazaar will feature Maine artisans and crafters, and Santa's Workshop will be open where kids can make and wrap their own one of a kind gift! There will also be a Food and Baby Drive taking place. December 2nd: St. Anne's Catholic Church in Bradley, Maine will hold their annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 2nd, from 9 AM - 1 PM. There will be food tables including pies, cakes, squares, cookies, fudge, candy, baked beans, rolls, and breads. Their will also be home craft items including mittens, hats, sweaters, wood crafts, Christmas ornaments, and many gift baskets. There will also be a table featuring used books, CD's, videos, and puzzles and a table with new or nearly new items. A quilt will be raffled off as well.
