September 23rd-November 1st: 40 Days for Life, a prayer with fasting movement, draws on God's use of 40 day periods to transform lives and end abortion, knowing that "with God all things are possible." September 26th: The Return an event for all believers who love the Lord from all denominations and backgrounds to gather for a time to return to our real love, time to pray for real repentance, and a time for real return. This free event will be held at Monument Park in downtown Houlton from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM. All are welcome. More information is available on their Facebook page.

September 27th: God, Country, & the Constitution Rally will be held from 2:00 PM-4:30 PM at Monument Park in Houlton. There will be music, worship, speakers and more. This will be an outdoor event so bring a lawn chair. All CDC guidelines are encouraged. Rain location will be at the Salvation Army located at 12 Court St. in Houlton. September 27th: If My People New England prayer event at United Baptist Church in Old Town. United Baptist Church is a host site for this small group prayer event. Please RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If attending this host site, please wear a mask and practice social distance.

Ongoing: Abortion Recovery Bible Study spring session will begin on April 8 from 6:00 PM-7:30 PM and will continue every Wednesday at First Step Pregnancy Center at 336 Mt. Hope Ave, Suite 8 in Bangor. There's hope in finding forgiveness and healing. Please call 942-1611 to register. Once you register, please pick up your free study from First Step. This study is led by women who understand as they too are post-abortive.

Ongoing: Adoptive and Foster Families of Maine Inc. and the Kinship Program is a non-profit organization that partners with DHHS to provide support, training , education, listening support, referrals and materials goods to Resource parents (foster, adoptive, kinship and permanency guardianship provided). Ongoing: Spaghetti Dinner at Lincoln Center Baptist Church - every 4th Thursday of the month. Free Spaghetti & Meatball Dinner with garlic bread, drinks & dessert. Dinner is served from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. The church also offers a chairlift for those who need handicap accessibility.
