April 19: Orrington Lighthouse Church, 696 River Rd., is having an Easter egg hunt at 1:00 PM. This is a FREE event, and we encourage the community to come with their children for arts and crafts, learning to true meaning of Easter, baked goods, hunting down over 500 Easter eggs, 4 golden eggs for some prizes and then a chance to win 1 of the 6 bikes that we are giving away to 6 blessed children.

April 26: Women's Conference This event will be held at First Baptist Church of Harmony, 20 High Street, Harmony, Maine. The day begins at 8 a.m. with a coffee break and concludes at 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided. This is a free event with the opportunity to donate to help cover expenses. Ginger Millermon, speaker, songwriter, and recording artist, will be our guest speaker at our women's conference, which will be based on her life-changing testimony and music. April 26: Benefit Service and Potluck Dinner for the Conflict in the Democratic Republic Of Congo. Hosted by: African Nazarene Ministries - Bangor at the Bangor Church of the Nazarene 1465 Union Street, Bangor at 4:00 PM. Come for a time of worship, prayer, and fundraising to support charities working for peace in the Congo. The service will be followed by a potluck dinner. May 2-August 8: Grief Share Old Town United Methodist Church is sponsoring a grief support group called Grief Share. This is a support group open to anyone in the area who has suffered the loss of a loved one. Griefshare is a 13 week program held on Fridays beginning May 2nd until August 8. Meetings will be held at Old Town United Methodist Church, 726 Stillwater Ave. from 10:00am-11:30 am. Sessions will include a presentation, workbook activities, & small group discussion.
