December 2: Christmas at Three Rivers hosted by Charleston Church Three Rivers located at 98 Elm St. in Milo from 10 am-2 PM. Experience the traditions of Christmas with coffee & a hot cocoa bar, crafts, games for children, silent auctions, hand-cut Christmas trees & wreaths, & so much more! All proceeds will be donated to the Dyer Hope House Food Pantry in Milo.
December 2: Calvary Chapel Maine Highlands is hosting a Live Nativity from 1-4 on December 2nd at Bob's Home & Garden in Dover-Foxcroft. There will be hot drinks, caroling, gifts and stories for children and live animals. Come celebrate Jesus' birth with us!
December 2-3: The Acadia Choral Society will present its annual program of holiday music, “We Sing the Great Mystery”, December 2nd and 3rd. Under artistic director Daniel Pyle, and accompanied by Douglas Beck, the choir will present settings of the medieval antiphon "O magnum mysterium", ranging from Gregorian chant through to the 21st century. The program also includes Christmas carols from the Carols for Choirs series from King’s College, Cambridge University. The Acadia Choral Society invites the whole community to join them in welcoming the holiday season through the power of song. Tickets online or at the door.

December 7: Camp Jireh Benefit Dinner Join Camp Jireh at the Morgan Hill Event Center for a fun-filled evening with silent & live auctions, dinner and entertainment! Silent auction begins at 6:00 PM & dinner is at 6:30 PM.
December 9: Hermon Baptist Church, located at 2496 Route 2 in Hermon, will be hosting Church Safety and Security Training, facilitated by Baptist Churches of New England. The training will take place from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. The cost is $40 per person. December 9: 2nd Annual Little Shepherd Shoppers at Abundant Grace Ministries, Rt. 131 in Searsmont. FREE shopping event for kids ages 4-12 from 9:30am- 12:00 noon Please join Abundant Grace Ministries for a FREE event for kids ages 4-12 to come and shop for their immediate family for FREE. Teach kids the real meaning of Christmas by teaching them that giving is as rewarding as getting a present. At Little Shepherd shoppers each child will be assigned a personal shopper’s assistant, get to pick through numerous items and choose gifts for their loved ones, and those gifts will be wrapped and ready for them to take home. Drinks and treats will be provided Moms, Dads, or the adult that brought them as they are invited to relax in our fellowship hall. While they wait for a turn, our "Shoppers" will get to watch Christmas specials, have some treats as well, work on a craft, and possibly even see a very special visitor from the North. December 10: Gingerbread Extravaganza hosted by Charleston Church Three Rivers located at 98 Elm St. in Milo. Children ages 6-5th grade are welcome to come show off their creative talents by making their own gingerbread house! Littles ages 2-5 will be decorating gingerbread cookies to show off to mom & dad.
